The Outback Intellectual is a community-created cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is a team-colored sweater vest with an argyle pattern and a pipe, complete with a "Genteel Smoke" particle effect. The argyle pattern consists of two different shades of team-colored diamonds, with orange paintable diamonds in the middle.
