Operation Canteen Crasher is a hybrid community Mann vs Machine event organized and hosted by Potato's Custom MvM Servers that was announced on April 9, 2018.

Part 1: The contest

The first part of the event is a contest that will run from April 9, 2018 until August 1, 2018. During this time players can create maps, items and MvM waves that will be used during the campaign and receive some medal points as well as free publicity for their creation. There is no limit on the amount of items and maps one can create for the event, but MvM pop files are restricted to two per map (one intermediate and one advanced).

Part 2: The campaign

The second part of the event is the campaign itself which will launch on August 15, 2018 and end on December 31, 2018. Just like with the contest, players can get medal points (for the campaign it is capped at 150) for doing specific actions, like completing missions or gamtesting. More information will be shared about it once the contest ends.

Contracts

During the campaign there will also be some unique MvM contracts which grant extra medal points upon completion. These are created solely by the event's organizers unlike the other aspects of the campaign.

Rewards

During the event there will be 6 unlockable medals of different tiers up for graps. These medals will automatically be given to the player once they reach the right amount of medal points required for it. None of the medals will be removed from the player's backpack once given so it is possible to own all 6 medals at once.

Below is the list of rewards and points required for them.
