The Noble Amassment of Hats is a headwear item for all classes. It is a black top hat, similar to the Demoman's Scotsman's Stove Pipe, but taller and with sharper edges, atop a grey bowler hat similar to the Spy's Backbiter's Billycock.
The hat description was written by Nekopawed for the Hat Describing Contest and was slightly edited by Valve.

- Fixed this hat being included in the crafting of class-specific hats using class tokens.

- [Undocumented] Added a community-contributed description for this hat.
- The "Fabricate Class Headgear" recipe no longer has a chance of creating all-class hats.

- This hat is likely a reference to the hidden Gentle Manne of Leisure page on the Classless Update.
- Amber's Rad As All Hell Hat, the item obtained from coming in second place in the Propaganda Contest, has an orange ribbon with the number '2' pinned to the top hat.
