Mecha-Medes is a community-created miscellaneous item for the Medic. It is a robotized version of Archimedes, complete with glowing team-colored eyes.
Mecha-Medes was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The item's description refers to the Bill's Hat, as its backstory states that it fell off a table and into the TF2 world in a similar sense to how Archimedes fell off a table into a parallel world.
