Magnanimous Monarch is a promotional headwear item for all classes. It is a kanmuri with yellow bands and a variation of the Template:W displayed on the front. This hat is no longer obtainable as of April 7th, 2011.
As part of the March 23, 2011 Patch, this hat was purchasable in the Mann Co. Store until April 6 for $99.99 with all proceeds, excluding tax, going to fund Template:W relief operations in Japan following the Template:W.
