The Killer Exclusive is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is an old-fashioned brown journalist's fedora with a card saying 'PRESS' stuck in the rim.
This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who buy either PC Gamer Digital Episode 1 or PC Gamer issue 232 (UK) and use the activation code contained inside.[1]
The Killer Exclusive was later contributed to the Steam Workshop by request of Valve.
