The Heer's Helmet is a cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a modern PASGT or MICH combat helmet with a white cover, bearing the Medic's Emblem on the front, and is augmented with a khaki-coloured cloth neckcover draped from under the helmet, only revealing the Medic's face.
