The Geisha Boy is a community-created promotional headwear item for the Medic. It is the haircut of a traditional Japanese Template:W with team-colored flowers and wrap.
Players who pre-purchased Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011 were awarded with a Genuine quality version of this item.

- The Geisha Boy was added to the game.
- Fixed the new Shogun hats not being grayed out when paint is being used.
- This hat is now able to be traded along with all Shogun Pack items.

- The hat is named after the 1958 film Template:W.
- The hairstyle used for the hat is Momoware (桃割), a style typically worn by Template:W, a traditional Japanese dancing girl.
