The Garlic Flank Stake is a miscellaneous item for the Sniper. It is comprised of two bulbs of garlic that dangle from the Sniper's bullet pouch, as well as a blood-stained wooden stake fastened around his left leg by a pair of leather straps.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon, however, it can still be equipped in the loadout and is visible only in the player character preview.

- In traditional folklore, vampires are repelled by garlic and can be killed by a wooden stake driven through the heart, making the two items essential tools for vampire hunters.
