The Flamingo Kid is a promotional cosmetic item for the Sniper. It is based on the hat worn by the Gunslinger from the video game Super Monday Night Combat; a team-colored cowboy hat with a half skull, half heart symbol on the front.
This item was awarded to players who completed the Rookie Agent achievement in Super Monday Night Combat. As of May 24, 2018 said game has shut down, rendering this item no longer obtainable.
