The Chronoscarf is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It is a multicolored scarf with some team-colored areas that is wrapped around the Medic's neck and goes all the way down to his legs.
The Chronoscarf was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The Chronoscarf is based off of the iconic scarf the worn by actor Tom Baker as the Fourth Doctor in the BBC television series Doctor Who.
