The Bullet Buzz is a cosmetic item for the Heavy. It gives the Heavy a brown, medium length Mohawk while the rest of his head is buzz-cut, which also places a large caliber bullet above the right ear.
The Bullet Buzz was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
