Bubble Pipe publicity blurb

The Bubble Pipe is a cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a transparent round space helmet with a tobacco pipe sticking through it. The item has the Genteel Smoke particle effect attached to it.

The Bubble Pipe was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
