” |
The Bird-Man of Aberdeen is a community-created cosmetic item item for the Demoman. It is a large paintable green and yellow macaw that is perched on the Demoman's shoulder and wobbles around under movement.
This cosmetic item has three styles. The second style, "Distinguished", colors the bird white, resembling a cockatoo, while "Imbued", the third style, changes the belly feathers to a dull green. When painted, "Distinguished" bleeds the entire bird the same color, aside from the tail- and head-feathers, and "Imbued" colors the belly feathers duller than that of the rest of the bird's feathers.
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.
The Bird-Man of Aberdeen was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
