The Bad Pipes is a community-created special taunt for the Demoman.
When equipped and activated, the Demoman pulls out a set of bagpipes and plays them while dancing. Despite the particularly sour notes, once finished the Demoman stands up, puts the bagpipes away, and compliments his own skills.
The Bad Pipes was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- Bad Pipes was added to the game.
- Fixed Halloween: Voices From Below spell not working correctly with the Bad Pipes.
Bugs
- Using this taunt whilst holding the Ullapool Caber causes the same animation to play but the Ullapool Caber will still be on Demoman's hands.
Trivia
- VTF filename strings of the textures for the taunt's prop were found in the texture_preload_list.txt file when it was added to the game in the October 28, 2015 Patch, indicating that Valve had been testing it recently before it was added officially in the Tough Break Update.
