The Audio File is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is a pair of light green headphones, with a portable 70's woodgrain gramophone resting on top. The tonearm of the turntable bounces as the player moves. The vinyl record seen on the item spins while equipped.

The Audio File is awarded in Genuine quality to players who opened a What's in the Team Fortress 2 Soundtrack Box?, which was included as a card with a code with Fight Songs: The Music of Team Fortress 2 on CD or vinyl record. The soundtrack was released on April 21st, 2017.
