Why did you undo the edit as well? Different games use the term "stacking" as additive or multiplicative. The resulting numbers are different. There are actual people that care about this difference. I'm one of them. I tested the difference today to be sure - if you'd looked in the discussion section you'd see there were already people confused by the wording. So yes, seriously.
