UberCharge links

Why is there a (non-existent) page for competitive UberCharge? Fundamentally the way Ubers are used in pub and competitive are the same - making pushes or self-defense. Personally I don't see a need for it, but if anyone would offer an explanation as to why there is a separate page for it then I will leave the links throughout the competitive pages alone.
