Upon taunting with the Sandman equipped, the Scout will point to the sky (a homage to Template:W), wind up and let loose with an almighty BONK that launches anyone slow, unaware or simply unfortunate enough to be sent flying over ridiculous distances. A successful hit will result in the cheers of an invisible crowd. Overall the attack has a 5 second wind-up time, making it both the longest taunt in the game and the longest kill taunt.
Players can perform this taunt in conjunction with Bonk! Atomic Punch. Should the Scout take a drink, switch to the Sandman and immediately taunt, it will be performed exactly during the period of invincibility. If not done quickly enough, the radiation will wear off and cut off the taunt.

- Originally the Scout used to speak while pointing during the taunt. This was patched out.
トリビア
- The point at which the taunt will kill enemies is when the Scout starts to come in for the swing, not when the bat comes into contact.
- You can only get the Out of The Park achievement if the kill hits the ragdoll of the enemy 25 meters, making it the only taunt kill that does not give you the achievement for simply getting a kill with it.
