치터의 비탄은 모든 클래스가 착용 가능한 모자입니다. 이것은 착용자의 머리에 두개의 와이어로 부착된 빛나는 황금 광륜의 형태를 하고 잇습니다. 이 아이템은 아이템 드랍 시스템이 공개되고 난 뒤, 최소 1번만 신 언락툴을 사용했거나, 아예 사용하지 않은 유저들에게 2009년 9월 2일날 증정되었습니다. 이 아이템은 아이템 획득 시스템이나, 조합, 혹은 교환을 통해서도 얻을 수 없습니다.
Mann-Conomy 업데이트 기간동안, 이 아이템은 첫번째로 이 아이템이 공개 되었을때 수여받지 못한 유저들에게 2번째로 증정되었습니다. 이번 증정은 2009년 9월 2일 이전에 아이들 프로그램을 사용해서 첫번째 획득에서 제외된 유저들도 포함되었습니다.
