The item description states the axe can be found as a rare drop. Has this been confirmed or proven false yet? Do we know of any exact conditions in which a player would get the axe as a drop from the Horsemann? If not, I'm going to remove that tidbit. [[User:HirotheFox|HirotheFox]]

Skin
