Nella classica storia Smissmas "Il Dono dei Re Magi", una ragazzi vende tutti i suoi capelli ad un negozio di capelli per comprare al suo ragazzo la catenella per l'orologio, ma in uno scioccante colpo di scena, lui guarda il suo orologio e si ricorda che lei è calva ed è tempo di lasciarla. In questo punto arrivano i Re Magi, ed è un BAGNO DI SANGUE.

Il punto è che dare dei doni alle persone può morderti il sedere. C'è troppo potenziale per i colpi di scena alla fine. Quindi questo Smissmas, perché non sedersi, rilassarsi, e lasciare a noi il regalare doni.

L'aggiornamento Smissmas 2016 è uno degli aggiornamenti importanti per Team Fortress 2 rilasciato il 21 Dicembre 2016. Include il rilascio nel gioco di numerosi oggetti scelti da Valve per l'incredibile qualità attraverso lo Officina Steam, inviati usando il sistema di importazione di oggetti. L'aggiornamento ha aggiunto un totale di 19 nuovi cosmetici e 4 provocazioni.
